It's nearing the end of March and despite the weather . . .
The first project of the year was Be A Voice - part of Lowell Women's Week Public Art . We asked women to tell us their stories and the stories were hung in windows downtown. The project was funded by a grant from the Lowell Cultural Council, a local agency, that is funded by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency. I will be posting the stories from Be A Voice on my blog and on the Be A Voice facebook page.
